Asgard accounts moved to BT Panorama

Effective 21 March 2026, clients' Asgard accounts in scope for the move to BT Panorama have been transferred successfully.

You will have read only access to AdviserNET and can continue to access historical information related to your clients' closed accounts until early 2027. To access, login then go to Home > Reporting > Client reports > Closed accounts.

Other accounts

For AMP, LifeFocus and Personal Choice Private you can continue to access historical information related to your clients' closed accounts until early 2027.

Using AdviserNET
To access AdviserNET you need to enter your user name and password. For security, these are sent separately to you.

To register, please call 1300 784 207 from 8.30am to 6.30pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday or email us. Each user must have their own unique login - you must not share your login details with anyone else.

Forgotten or lost your password?
If you've forgotten your password, click the 'Forgotten password' link. To use this facility, you'll need to answer a few verification questions and ensure we already hold your email address on our system. If not, you'll need to call us first so we can update your email details.
